As a first time home buyer, you usually are nervous about anyone you let be a part of the process. Guy's services were recommended to me and he did not disappoint! He was very flexible to my schedule and because the purchase was happening really quickly, he was able to make a very quick appointment with me. During the inspection, he looked at every square inch of my home and noted everything, including a piece of chipped mirror. That's attention to detail. My report was sent within a couple of hours and my conditions on my sale were waived almost a week early because of the quick and kind service Guy provided. I was relieved by the report I received, he didn't sugar coat any of the problems that arised, he told me everything I was getting myself in to.
