I was very happy with Guy's professionalism and friendliness. Being a first time home buyer I was a little nervous... about how this would go. But from the first time I contacted him he was very straight forward and gave me the information I needed to know with out me having to ask. Of course, I had some additional questions with regards to his experience doing home inspections and he was honest with that too. During the home inspection he was comfortable having me follow him around and took the time to answer any questions I had and explain the reasons for why he thought there was or was not a problem, even though this made him run a little longer on time. All this was done on a flat rate, no surprises at the end when it was time to pay. The home inspection report was sent back to me less than 24 hours later (if I remember correctly it was within 3-4 hours after the inspection was completed). The report was simple to read, detailed, and included pictures of the issues that were found. And the nice thing is even way after the inspection was completed I can still ask questions about the house. I would definitely recommend!read more

Guy was amazing with his home inspection. Went through absolutely EVERYTHING in and around our mobile home. Explained... everything in the report BEFORE he left, and sent us a VERY DETAILED report. He took the time to answer all our "first time home buyer" questions, and let us know which repairs were crucial, and which could wait. I have complete trust in his work and his reporting. Guy does a very thorough inspection and leaves no stone un-turned. The price is one of the best we found in the city. I will be using Guy again when and if we buy a new home.read more

As a first time home buyer, you usually are nervous about anyone you let be a part of the process. Guy's services were... recommended to me and he did not disappoint! He was very flexible to my schedule and because the purchase was happening really quickly, he was able to make a very quick appointment with me. During the inspection, he looked at every square inch of my home and noted everything, including a piece of chipped mirror. That's attention to detail. My report was sent within a couple of hours and my conditions on my sale were waived almost a week early because of the quick and kind service Guy provided. I was relieved by the report I received, he didn't sugar coat any of the problems that arised, he told me everything I was getting myself in to.
